Vehicle Ownership Transfer with Bank Loan Assistance Malaysia
Safe&Go coordinates eligible private vehicle purchases between buyer, seller and participating financing channels, allowing the buyer or seller to start the document application online.
For example, when a buyer wants to purchase a privately owned vehicle using bank financing, Safe&Go can help collect the buyer, seller and vehicle documents, coordinate the financing application and guide the ownership-transfer process instead of requiring the parties to begin through a used-car dealer.
Safe&Go's online application currently accepts vehicles not more than 10 years old. This business eligibility rule does not guarantee financing: the final vehicle-age limit, valuation, margin, tenure, interest or profit rate and approval are determined by the participating bank.
The usual journey includes an initial eligibility review, online document submission, financing assessment, vehicle valuation, acceptance of suitable bank terms, insurance under the buyer's name, any required inspection or existing-loan settlement, and the applicable ownership-transfer steps.
An employed buyer commonly provides the latest 6 complete months of payslips and bank statements, together with an identity card and driving licence. An employer or business owner commonly provides SSM and company documents, the latest 6 complete months of bank statements, and the identity card and driving licence of one company director.
The seller provides registered-owner identity information or SSM and company documents for a company-owned vehicle, together with verified contact and payment information. Any outstanding seller vehicle loan must be fully settled before ownership transfer; buyer financing approval alone does not release the seller's existing loan.
After financing approval, the seller or buyer must arrange and complete any required PUSPAKOM inspection at their own cost, either directly or by engaging a runner. Safe&Go does not bear PUSPAKOM inspection or runner charges.
Safe&Go's disclosed fees cover coordination of the ownership-transfer process, including applicable banking or processing charges billed to Safe&Go and the tukar nama service. PUSPAKOM inspection and runner charges are excluded because Safe&Go currently lacks the manpower to provide the inspection service.
Safe&Go coordinates the process but cannot guarantee bank approval, valuation, financing terms, insurer acceptance, inspection results or completion by a government authority.
